Dr. William A. Roiter: is a psychologist and business person who works with an organization's most senior executives. His professional interest is in how top individuals create organizational value, and he is the co-author of the acclaimed Corporate MVPs: Managing Your Company's Most Valuable Performers (Wiley, 2004), and the author of Beyond Work: How Accomplished People Retire Successfully (Wiley, 2008) a 2009 Axiom Gold winner. His own management experience includes ten years as a managing partner of a growing professional service firm, three years as a Vice President of Value Behavioral Health (NYSE), and three years as Senior VP of a high technology company.
